Jade and Ian’s Sussex Barn Wedding at Tully’s Farm outside Crawley in West Sussex was another cracker. Julian met with Ian and his son, and his best men, as they prepared for their big day, I took Bride prep photos as usual. The photos Julian took of the boys showed so much love. It’s always interesting to see the difference between different people and their families on such intimate days. Ian and the boys helped each other get dressed with such familiarity that is normal for bride prep, but not necessarily for groom prep. The ceremony room had no natural light – always a challenge for photographers – but the outdoor space, and the beautiful weather more than made up for it. Jade arrived for the wedding in a white VW split screen bus, named Pearl. The bouncy castle and sack races provided good opportunities for photos and we too had a blast!
